1. Delivery method
We deliver orders by courier to the address the buyer enters when ordering.
2. Delivery area
We deliver only within Macedonia.
3. Delivery cost
Delivery costs 200 denars. The price is shown when ordering, before the buyer confirms and pays.
4. Delivery time
Products in stock are delivered within 2 to 3 working days of the order confirmation. For made-to-order products, the delivery time is agreed in the quote and depends on the quantity and type of production.
5. Receiving the parcel
The buyer inspects the parcel on receipt, in the presence of the courier. If the package is damaged or part of the order is missing, this must be reported immediately to info@virtuspro.mk or by phone at +389 2 620 1106.
6. Failed delivery
If the parcel cannot be delivered (wrong address, buyer not available), the courier or we will contact the buyer to arrange a new delivery.
