1. Payment method
Products from the shop are paid online with a payment card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
2. Payment through Stopanska Banka
Payment is made through the payment page of Stopanska Banka AD Skopje. After confirming the order, the buyer is redirected to the bank's secure page to enter the card details.
3. Data security
Card details are entered only on the bank's page, not on virtuspro.mk. The site does not see or store the card number, expiry date or security code. We only receive information from the bank on whether the payment was successful.
4. 3-D Secure verification
The payment may require additional verification through 3-D Secure (for example a code sent by your bank).
5. Currency
All prices and charges are in Macedonian denars (MKD). If the card is issued in another currency, the issuing bank performs the conversion at its own rate.
6. Failed payment and refunds
If the payment fails, the order is not processed. Refunds are described on the “Returns, Exchanges and Complaints” page: to the same card, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product.
7. Payment for made-to-order items
Quotes for made-to-order items are paid through a payment link (Pay by Link) from Stopanska Banka or by invoice. The link leads to the same secure bank page.
