1. Who processes the data

We process data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
2. What data we collect
- Order data: full name, delivery address, phone, email, list of ordered products.
- Invoice data (legal entities): company name, address, tax ID, contact person.
- Quote request data: name, contact details, description of the request.
- Payment data: we receive only the result of the payment (successful or unsuccessful) and a reference. We do not see or store the card number.
- Technical data: data collected through cookies, see section 8.

4. Who we share the data with
- Stopanska Banka AD Skopje, to process card payments and the payment link.
- Courier service that delivers the parcel, only with the data needed for delivery.
- Accountant and competent authorities, when required by law.
- Hosting and site maintenance provider: Global Net (hosting) and NEXUS Agents, Skopje (site maintenance).
We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep the data
- Order and invoice data: as long as accounting and tax regulations require.
- Data from quote requests that did not result in a contract: as long as needed to answer the request, then deleted.
- Customer account, if any: until the buyer requests deletion.
- Cookie data: at most as long as the cookie lasts; you can delete it in your browser.
6. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- request access to your data,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request deletion, in the cases provided by law,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to the processing,
- request data portability, where provided by law,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
You can submit a request to info@virtuspro.mk. We respond within the period set by law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
