2. What we offer
We sell promotional and business gifts, workplace safety equipment, protective workwear, and medical and hospitality clothing. Some products are made to order.
The site offers two ways to buy:
- Shop: products in stock, with a published price. They are bought directly through the cart and paid online with a payment card.
- Gallery and made-to-order: products without a published price. The buyer sends a quote request and, once the quote is accepted, pays through a payment link (Pay by Link) from Stopanska Banka AD Skopje or by invoice.
Buyers can be individuals or legal entities (companies, hospitals and others).
3. Ordering through the shop
- The buyer adds the selected products to the cart.
- Enters the delivery details and, if needed, the invoice details.
- Accepts these terms and confirms the order.
- Is redirected to the payment page of Stopanska Banka AD Skopje and pays the amount by card.
The contract is considered concluded when we receive the successful payment and confirm the order.
4. Request for quote (gallery and made-to-order)
For products without a price, the buyer sends a request through the site, by email or by phone. We prepare a quote with price, quantity, production time and payment terms.
The contract is concluded when the buyer accepts the quote. The quote does not bind either party before that acceptance.
5. Prices
All prices on the site are in Macedonian denars (MKD) and include value added tax (VAT). Delivery costs 200 denars and is shown separately before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct the price if an obvious error is published on the site. In that case the buyer will be notified before the order is processed.
6. Payment
Products from the shop are paid online with a payment card (Visa, Mastercard) through the payment page of Stopanska Banka AD Skopje. Card details are entered on the bank's page, not on virtuspro.mk. More on the “Card Payment” page.
Quotes for made-to-order items are paid through a payment link (Pay by Link) from Stopanska Banka or by invoice, as agreed in the quote.
7. Order confirmation
After a successful order, the buyer receives a confirmation at the email address provided. The confirmation contains the list of products, the price and the delivery details. If the confirmation does not arrive, the buyer can contact us at info@virtuspro.mk or by phone at +389 2 620 1106.
8. Invoice
Individuals receive an invoice for the purchase. Legal entities receive an invoice with the buyer's tax ID, so accurate company details must be entered when ordering.

10. Returns, exchanges and complaints
The terms are on the “Returns, Exchanges and Complaints” page. They include the buyer's right to withdraw from the contract and the complaint procedure.
11. Order cancellation
The buyer can request cancellation of an order before it is shipped, by message to info@virtuspro.mk or by phone. After shipping, the return conditions apply. For made-to-order products, the separate section of the returns page applies.
We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if there is a price error. In that case the buyer will be notified immediately and the amount paid will be refunded to the same card, no later than 14 days from the cancellation.

13. Disputes
In case of disagreement, we first try to resolve the dispute amicably. The buyer can write to info@virtuspro.mk. If an amicable solution is not possible, the competent court is in Macedonia. The consumer retains the rights granted by the Consumer Protection Law.
